What you’ll be doing:
· Assign technicians and coordinate scheduling of service orders.
· Monitor the dispatch board.
· Forecast workload for 2-3 days out.
· Work with service managers and call coaches for manpower coverage issues.
· Work directly with call coaches, or call coach manager to maximize schedule.
· Provide training on dispatch software and functions.
· Monitor schedules and coordinates with customers and technicians.
· Point of contact for customers when follow-up arises.
· Keep the Customer Experience Representatives updated with technician availability.
· Respond to technician questions in a timely manner.
· Tracking of technicians’ time at calls, geographical locations, and efficiency.
· In depth knowledge of the duties and skill levels of the technicians.
· Quote repair prices to customers.
· Call customers to schedule return repairs and sold estimates.
· All other duties as assigned.
Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:
· High school diploma of GED.
· Geographical knowledge assigned area or excellent map reading.
· Customer service and computer experience.
· Knowledge of HVAC Industry a plus.
· Advanced Customer Service skills.
· Excellent Communication Proficiency.
· Organizational Skills.
· Teamwork Capacity.
· Ability to multi-task
· Geographical knowledge of service area.
· Flexibility.
· Time Management.
· Attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
· Good to excellent spelling and grammar with written and oral communication skills.
· Excellent time attendance.
