2nd/3rd Year Plumbing Apprentice
We are hiring Apprentice Plumbers!
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, 2nd or 3rd Year Plumbing Apprentice to join our team—no prior experience required. In this role, you will work alongside experienced Journeyman and Master Plumbers to learn the trade while assisting with installing and replacing water heaters in residential homes and light commercial settings.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll gain real-world skills, build a career in the trades, and provide great customer service. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, eager to learn, and takes pride in their work.
What You’ll Do
Assist licensed plumbers with water heater installations and replacements
Learn how to safely use plumbing tools and equipment (drills, saws, drain machines, etc.)
Help prepare job sites, carry materials, and maintain a clean and organized work area
Travel to customer homes with your team and arrive on time, ready to work
Support plumbers in diagnosing basic issues and completing repairs
Learn how to explain system basics and maintenance tips to customers
Complete basic job documentation and assist with work orders
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Continuously learn and develop plumbing skills through hands-on training
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of plumbing experience
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Good attitude and strong work ethic
Mechanical aptitude or interest in working with tools
Ability to follow instructions and learn technical skills
Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly mindset
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Work Environment
Work will be performed in customers’ homes and occasionally outdoors
May involve working in tight spaces such as attics or crawl spaces
Exposure to varying weather conditions and moderate noise levels
Fast-paced, hands-on environment with physical activity throughout the day
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move up to 100–150 lbs with proper equipment
Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting
Ability to work in confined spaces and various positions
Must be able to safely operate tools and equipment
