Position Summary

As a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and expanding Paschal’s presence across regional markets. This hands-on position is ideal for an analytically-minded digital marketer focused on lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and maximizing ROI across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Campaign Management & Optimization: Lead local performance marketing campaigns across paid media platforms (Google PPC, Bing, Meta, HomeAdvisor/ANGI) to acquire new customers and drive platform traffic. Develop strategies, monitor performance, and apply data-driven optimizations to achieve business goals.

· Local Market Collaboration: Work closely with General Managers to tailor campaigns to local market dynamics, ensuring lead quality aligns with operational goals.

· Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Regularly track metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to enhance customer lifetime value and reduce acquisition costs.

· Continuous Testing & Refinement: Conduct A/B testing and optimize multi-channel media mix, ad delivery, and landing page performance to maximize activations.

· Creative Collaboration: Work with internal and external teams to create compelling ad content, with an emphasis on UX and social media writing skills.


Successful Candidate Must Possess:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing and lead generation.

· Proficiency in digital marketing channels and CRM tools (e.g., Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, HubSpot; ServiceTitan experience a plus).

· Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate insights into action.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively report on metrics, insights, and strategies.

· Adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment, with a collaborative team spirit.
