What You’ll Do:
Market & Growth Leadership
- Own the DFW regional P&L, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational discipline
- Develop and execute market-specific strategies to increase brand presence and customer demand
- Identify new opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and market penetration
- Support new location launches and acquisition integration
Operational Excellence
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all locations
- Establish and enforce operational standards, KPIs, and best practices
- Analyze performance data and implement corrective actions quickly
- Drive efficiency through process improvement, technology adoption, and talent optimization
People & Leadership
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing General Managers and department leaders
- Create bench strength and succession plans across the region
- Attract, hire, and retain top leadership and operational talent
- Lead with accountability while fostering engagement, ownership, and a performance-driven culture
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Marketing on local brand awareness and customer acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Sales to align staffing, budgeting, and growth initiatives
- Serve as a key voice for the DFW market within the executive leadership team
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven multi-location operator with strong P&L ownership experience
- Well-established in the DFW market with local knowledge, relationships, and credibility
- Entrepreneurial mindset—you think like an owner, not a caretaker
- Data-driven, decisive, and comfortable leading through change
- Strong people leader with a track record of building and holding leaders accountable
- Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electric) or a similar multi-trade environment
- Demonstrated success growing market share or leading operational scale-ups/turnarounds
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L responsibility
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region
