What you’ll be doing: 

• Oversees receiving and stowing, picking and packing, shipping, inventory management, and documentation.
• Optimizes efficient layouts, workflows, and utilization of warehouse space.
• Monitors the safety and security of goods and materials.
• Utilizes a warehouse management system, enterprise resource system, or other systems to track and analyze processes and performance.
• Implements strong safety policies and procedures.
• Supervise and mentor warehouse associates as needed.
• Assist management with inventory counts and ensuring accuracy in inventory reporting.
• Assist in the coordination of van inventory.
• All other duties as assigned.

Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:

• Desire to be part of a winning team.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Excellent attention to detail with a high sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong ability to read and understand technical instructions.
• Knowledge and understanding of cost-effective purchasing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of equipment, tools and methods commonly applied in trades.
• Knowledge of safety practices.
• Excellent ability to explain technical information to clients.
• Computer knowledge and the ability to apply the necessary software tools for inventory, purchasing, timekeeping, etc. 
• This position is considered a safety sensitive position, successful completion of a preemployment drug screen and background check is required.
