What you’ll Do:  
  • Supervise and support HVAC Installers to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction 
  • Lead new-hire orientation and ongoing technical and customer service training 
  • Review and resolve installation callbacks, identifying trends and corrective actions 
  • Ensure technicians follow installer standards, documentation requirements, and customer contact expectations 
  • Communicate regularly with the HAVC Install Manager on training progress, performance issues, and team needs 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 
What We’re Looking For: 
  • Proven HVAC service experience with strong technical and diagnostic skills 
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to train, coach, and develop installers
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills 
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and safety practices. 
  • Ability to explain installer information clearly to customers 
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record 
  • High school diploma or GED required; applicable HVAC licensure required per state regulations 
  • Rotating schedule, 6 day work week and 4 day work week with the ability to work every other Saturday if necessary.
