We are looking for a Customer Experience/Call Center Manager to join our team!

What you’ll be doing:
- Recruit, mentor and develop customer service representatives and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
- Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement. Improve customer service experiences.
- Oversees daily activities of the Call Center for multiple locations.
- Keeps management informed of problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action to be taken.
- Communicates areas of accountability and performance expected of personnel assigned.
- Recommends salary adjustments, transfers, promotions, and dismissals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs.
- Working closely with other Managers and Departments to facilitate continued maintenance, growth and promotion of customer relationships and service.
- Improving customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- All other duties as assigned.
Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:

- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
- Attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Good to excellent spelling and grammar with oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business management or equivalent experience.
- Supervisory experience.
- Experience in productions or call center environment.
