Paschal is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team, drive performance, and uphold our World Class Service standards. If you’re a strong leader who can coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing HVAC team, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and coach HVAC Service Supervisors and Technicians
Hire, train, and develop field team members
Drive productivity, profitability, and service quality
Support technicians with customer concerns and service execution
Ensure three-point customer contact and accurate documentation
Maintain safety, compliance, and a positive team culture
Partner across departments to ensure consistent, high-quality service
What We’re Looking For:
Strong leadership and team-building skills
HVAC technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Proficiency with CRM/ERP/scheduling systems
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Previous supervisory experience preferred
