The Role
At Paschal, our electricians do more than complete repairs—they help homeowners improve the safety, reliability, and functionality of their homes.We're looking for an experienced Residential Electrician who takes pride in quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and delivering solutions customers can trust.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems and components
- Troubleshoot wiring, outlets, switches, fixtures, panels, and related equipment
- Inspect electrical systems and recommend solutions to improve safety and performance
- Educate homeowners on electrical system operation, maintenance, and repair options
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes
- Mentor and support Apprentice Electricians as needed
- Accurately document completed work using company software
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Residential electrical experience required
- Applicable state and local electrical licenses
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of residential electrical systems, installation methods, and applicable codes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to use mobile technology for documentation and invoicing
