What you’ll do:  

• Show up on time, prepared, and ready to deliver worldclass service. 

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems to keep customers comfortable. 

• Educate customers on system use, maintenance, and energy-saving tips. 

• Recommend solutions to enhance system performance and prevent future issues. 

• Replace filters, coils, compressors, and controls as needed. 

• Use hand tools, gauges, and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues. 

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety protocols. 

• Complete detailed service reports for each job. 

What we’re looking for:  

• A team player who takes pride in their work. 

• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record. 

• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills. 

• Ability to read and follow technical instructions. 

• Strong communication skills to explain technical info to customers. 

• Experience using HVAC tools, diagnostic equipment, and service software. 

• HVAC licensure/certifications from an accredited institution. 

• Prior HVAC experience is required.
